Book Launch and Panel: Rural County, Urban Borough: A History of Queens

The CUNY Graduate Center will host a book launch and panel discussion for Rural County, Urban Borough: A History of Queens by Lloyd Sealy Library’s Former Chief Librarian Professor Jeffrey Kroessler. Professor Kroessler was a graduate of the Graduate Center’s Ph.D. Program in History.

The panel will discuss a synthesis of the history of Queens with Francois Pierre-Louis of Queens College and the Graduate Center; James DeFilippis of the Rutgers Planning School; and William Kornblum, emeritus professor from the Graduate Center. John Mollenkopf will moderate.
